Returns

If you choose to return an item, you will receive an online store credit to be determined by the shop owner that will be posted to your account for the amount of the item(s) you purchased.
You can use the credit to purchase other items from ShopAundreaLove.com
No monetary refunds will be given for returned items.
All items may be returned within 7 business days from the day you received your order.
All merchandise must be received back in its original form with tags attached.
It must not be worn, altered, or damaged. Any items found to be in violation of this term will forfeit the amount of the item.
No Shipping or Handling will be refunded on any returns.
Please return in original packaging & mark on box return to sender.
No returns on any custom orders.

Exchanges

For exchange, email support@shopaundrealove.com with your order number and what item you would like in exchange.
If you return an item, please allow 3-7 business days to reach our shipping dept.
Then allow 7 business days for your exchange to be processed and reshipped out to you.
