Shipping & Handling
Please allow up to 3-5 business days after processing for shipping an Aundrea Love Collection order (Pre-orders excluded). Our regular standard shipping for Instock merchandise is Priority Mail by USPS, 2-3 business day delivery (including Saturdays). The shipping fee added to your cart includes, the weight of the product, shipping and handling. Please note that ShopAundreaLove.com is not responsible for any potential delay after item has been sent as it is provided by the carrier and may vary with package origin and destination. The selection of shipping options are available to you upon checkout.
Normal order processing and shipping can take between 3–10 business days (Monday – Friday) depending on order volume.
The following shipping methods are available, USPS Priority Mail or (2-3 business days) Business days do not include weekends.
General Shipping Information
Is usually processed and shipped within 3-7 business days if you choose Standard shipping. Orders placed with Express shipping before 5pm CST will be shipped the same business day if possible otherwise the next business day.
If the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout or by a follow-up email. Pre-Order items can take up to 21 days to receive depending on arrival date. We will communicate with you throughout the shipping process to confirm delivery of goods in a timely manner.
Please allow up to 2-5 business days to process your return once received. We receive our mail in the evening, so it may take the following business day to start the process. We only provide store credit No Refund of payment.
If you have any questions in regards to this, please call (888) 685-4141. Thank you for your cooperation. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. It must not be worn, altered or damaged. In the event of a return, shipping and handling charges of returned merchandise are not refundable.
In the event of a return, please take the time to email us your order number along with the reason for the return so we can be of assistance. Upon emailing please also send the exchange item you have in mind. Customer is responsible for return shipping and we will ship your exchanged item complimentary.
When trying on items, please try on carefully. We inspect every single item before they are shipped to ensure quality of merchandise. Used or damaged items are non-returnable. No refunds are provided only store credit to purchase another item from shopaundrealove.com and it never expires. Please note: No discount codes are eligible for exchanged orders.
Upon returning your item, please follow these guidelines:
1. Please make sure the item has not been worn, and all tags are attached. We sell out of our items so quick that there is someone else most probably wanting what you are returning. In some cases this may have happened to you. So we ask that you return the item nicely so that another customer can buy a non-used/worn item.
2. Your return package must be postmarked within 7 business days after receiving the item from Aundrea Love (which can be determined from tracking your item). If the item is returned after 7 days of receiving the item, you will be charged a 30% restocking fee.
3. When shipping your return, please return the package with USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Tracking is important to prove you shipped it back. USPS also offers free envelopes with Priority Mail.
I have a credit code from an exchange. How do I use it?
Enter in your credit code where you see "DISCOUNT CODE" at checkout.
I've been calling and emailing, and I am having a hard time getting through. What can I do?
There may be a few reasons why you are not getting through. Are you aware of our business hours? Please remember we are on CENTRAL STANDARD time, and open at 9am. We have high volume number of calls in the mornings because most of our customers are calling from the East Coast and have been waiting to speak to someone. If you haven't received a reply to your email, please check your spam box. Sometimes they might end up there. If its not there, a response to your question may have already been answered in the automated reply. Please take the time to read the website, you can find most of the answers to your questions here. Emailing us during business hours is the best way to get assistance fast.
Do you provide tracking info for packages?
Yes, every package will have a tracking number. Once the payment is accepted you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Once your item(s) is shipped you will be notified by email with your tracking number.
What do I do if I never receive my package?
Your tracking number will provide a date of delivery. If it is not received by then, please contact either USPS at (800) ASK-USPS. Please note we are not responsible for any delays the shipping carrier may have. However we will resolve any issues we can.
What if my package comes damaged?
We are committed to providing our customers with excellent customer satisfaction. Each package is carefully folded one by one with gloves and throughly inspected by an employee. As we don’t have robots and only human employees, we understand things can happen. We strive for excellence, however in the event this should happen, please contact us immediately, preferably the day you receive it and we will advise you how we can handle the issue.
What are your business hours?
Our phone lines are answered Monday-Friday from 9am – 6pm. We are closed on the weekends. We are off most holidays. Please keep in mind, we are in the south so we are on Central Standard time. Our production team however, is off on the weekends.
